Once you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email with your unique gift card code. When making a purchase in our store, you can redeem the value of your gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field at checkout. Gift card codes aren't case sensitive.

The balance on a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

If you would like to check the balance on your gift card, please contact us.

When you redeem a gift card, the checkout will display one of the following options:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click complete order.
  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing your order.

If you would like to buy a gift card for someone else, you will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient. 

Shipping and Returns


Please be advised that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, some shipments may arrive later than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and support at this time.

Processing Time

Once your order has been placed, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. For orders placed on a business day before 5pm EST, the processing time begins the same day. Processing time for orders placed on a business day after 5pm EST will begin the next business day. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, the processing time will begin the next business day. 

Please note all orders must be placed through the KCARMA NEW YORK website and shipped to the customer. We do not offer a pickup option for packages.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. We will not issue a refund for lost or stolen packages. Lost or stolen orders will not be replaced by KCARMA NEW YORK. If your package is lost in transit or seemingly stolen, contact USPS so an investigation can be initiated to locate your package.

Use the provided tracking number to keep up with the location of your package. If you will not be home on the expected date of arrival, contact USPS to have the package held at a local office.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to carrier delays, holidays, natural disasters or inclement weather. Please order far enough in advance to allow for processing times and any unexpected delays that are out of our control. Delayed packages will not be subject to shipping reimbursement.


Due to the limited nature of these items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for refund or credit. Please make sure that you verify your order for correct size and color before finalizing your purchase.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

In the rare event that we mistakenly ship the wrong items, an exchange may be requested. ALL REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGE MUST BE SENT TO KCARMANEWYORK@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. Before the exchange is conducted, the items received by the customer must be shipped to KCARMA New York and inspected by us. In order to be eligible for exchange, the items received in error must be in their original state, not worn, washed or manipulated. Items must be in their original packaging and remain tagged. Packages sent for exchange must include the original invoice for proof of purchase. If any of these criteria are not met upon inspection, the exchange request will not be granted. Once we receive your items, we will send an email to confirm we have received them. We will also notify you within 48 hours of receipt if we have approved or denied your request for exchange. If approved, the incorrect items received by the customer will be exchanged for the correct items ordered by the customer. Substitutions will not be allowed. Approved exchanges will be subject to our standard processing time.

Sending items back to KCARMA New York for exchange will be done at the customers’ expense. If the items pass our inspection, the customer will be reimbursed shipping costs up to a maximum of $10.00. For approved exchanges, the correct item will be shipped to you using the same delivery method as your original order, at our expense. 

Care Instructions

How do I care for my KCARMA New York Apparel?

  • Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle.
  • Turn your apparel inside out when washing.
  • Avoid ironing on the design area.
  • Allow your apparel to lay flat and drip dry; do not place in the dryer.
  • If you decide to use a dryer, use the low heat setting and tumble dry.
